FAQ: Shipping & Returns
How are items shipped to me?
We will deliver your order free of charge (on purchases over $200) to anywhere within Australia via Australia Parcel Post.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Sorry, no. We are an online retailer only and do not offer a local pick-up option.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts 14 days from your invoice/receipt date. To be eligible for a return, please submit a return authorisation request via our contact form.
What is your product warranty period?
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged for a period of 12 months from your invoice/receipt date unless otherwise specified. All mains voltage connected products must be installed by a certified electrician otherwise warranty will be void.
Can I get a refund if I have changed my mind on a purchase?
Please select your items carefully as we don't normally provide "change-of-mind" refunds.
